Overview
Our Global Warehouse Operations client expanded to the U.S. for the first time, working closely with an automotive battery manufacturer. As they were setting up their operations in Kentucky, they were only in the early stages of hiring and hired two forklift drivers to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
Challenge
Unexpectedly, both forklift drivers became unavailable on the same day—one quit, and the other failed to show up for work. This left our client in a critical situation with no personnel to operate their essential equipment, severely affecting their operations and ability to meet production goals. Additionally, we didn’t have an office in Kentucky at the time, which complicated matters further as our closest team was based in Georgia.

On top of that, we arranged for skilled personnel to be transported overnight from Georgia to Kentucky to support the client’s operations.
